Wow, overnight response & support!

I was worried about getting support after reading so many negative comments, but I emailed support last night and woke up to a very nice reply from Ken explaining how to fix my problem. I have had this software for about 2 years I think and love it. The import from other websites works great for me and I love the ability to email friends the recipes when they ask for them. I am looking forward to his update. Monica
