Lost every single recipe!

Opened Yummy Soup to find one of my recipes and received this message.... "YummySoup!.app" is damaged and cant be opened. Delete "YummySoup!.app" and download it again from the App Store.

ALL OF MY RECIPES ARE GONE!!! ITS HEARTBREAKING.

I sent Yummy Soup an email a couple of weeks ago to ask if there was any way I could recover recipes and I still have not received a reply. So disappointed!
