I’ve used Yummy Soup for 5 years and while some features were a bit clunky, overall I loved it. I filled it with my favorite recipes and treasured photos, such as a salsa recipe with a photo of my son making it. I planned to print out the collection for my teenagers as they reached college age. And then out of nowhere it stopped working and all of my recipes and photos are inaccessible. I have contacted YummySoup!Support at least 3 times over the past few months and have received no response.
